Painting is done! Getting down to the finishing touches...

The painting was completed this week, and to our surprise this morning the garage door is also on, the front door staining has started and all the internal doors have been hung.

Still hoping that the work can be completed and the tentative handover date of 24 July 2015 becomes a reality!

I think the garage door is amazing! Absolutely worth the extra money on the upgrade for this beautiful finish.  Once the house is rendered in the Tamed Texan, is it going to look amazing.  In case you have not seen my exterior colour selections post, this is the render colour that will cover all of the exposed brick across the front of the house...

The interior has come up great. I had some reservations about the paint colour that I chose, but once seeing it on the walls, I loved it!

The walls have been painted in the Dulux colour "China White" and the swatch for this is...

...so you can see how it looks once it is on the walls.

I love how bright the kitchen / dining / living area is with the glass splashback in the kitchen and the big window in the living area with the triple stacker doors across the back...
